Air pollution has become a significant challenge for both developing and developed nations. due to its close association with numerous fatal diseases such as cancer, respiratory, heart attack, brain stroke. Over recent years, heterogeneous semiconductor photocatalysis emerged an effective approach air remediation the ease of scale-up, ready application in field, use solar light availability number different photocatalysts. To date, most work this area been conducted using UV-absorbing photocatalysts, TiO2 ZnO; However, studies have revealed Ag3PO4 attractive, visible-light-absorbing alternative, bandgap 2.43 eV.
